DeWalt DWS5021 / DWS5022 / DWS5023 Guide Rail Cover

DeWalt Guide Rail End Covers – protection that matters

Safe storage and transport

End covers are a simple yet highly effective way to protect your DeWalt guide rails from damage. They shield the sharp aluminium edges from accidental knocks and from catching on clothes, cables or other tools – both in the workshop and in transport.

Perfect fit
The covers are precisely matched to the rail profile – you put them on and take them off in seconds, without any tools. They stay firmly in place without getting in the way of everyday work.

Support for the anti-splinter strip
Every guide rail has a delicate anti-splinter strip that can start peeling off at the ends over time. The covers help keep it in place, reducing the risk of deformation and keeping your cuts clean for longer.

Durable PETG material

Our products are 3D-printed from high-quality PETG, which is much more resistant to high temperatures, impacts and mechanical damage than PLA. This makes the product perfect both in the workshop and in a work van, where it may be exposed to changing weather conditions.

Protect your guide rail and extend its life – end covers are a small detail that makes a big difference.
