Terms and Conditions of majsterplus.shop online store

1. General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store operated at majsterplus.shop by Kamil Cichoń, conducting business under the name:

  3. Terms used in the Regulations mean:

    Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the Store and makes or intends to make a purchase.

    Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.

    Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person conducting business activity, entering into a contract directly related to that activity, when the content of this contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed.

    Store – the online store operated by the Seller at majsterplus.shop.

    Regulations – this document.

    Product – a movable item offered by the Seller in the Store.

  4. The Store conducts online sales of products, in particular workshop accessories, organizers, holders, mounting elements, and other products made, among others, using 3D printing.
  5. Information about Products presented in the Store, in particular their descriptions, technical parameters, photos, and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of the Civil Code.
  6. Orders in the Store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  7. Order processing, email replies, and contact with the Seller are handled on business days, Monday to Friday, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

2. Technical requirements and electronically supplied services

  1. To use the Store, it is necessary to have:
    • a device with Internet access,
    • an active e-mail inbox,
    • an up-to-date web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript.
  2. The Store provides the following services electronically:
    • enabling browsing the Store’s offer,
    • enabling placing an order using the order form,
    • maintaining a Customer Account – if such functionality is available in the Store,
    • newsletter – if such a service is available and has been activated by the Customer.
  3. The use of electronically supplied services is free of charge.
  4. The agreement for the provision of electronically supplied services is concluded at the moment of starting to use a given functionality of the Store.
  5. The Customer may terminate the use of electronically supplied services at any time.
  6. It is forbidden for the Customer to provide unlawful content.

3. Rules for placing orders and concluding a sales contract

  1. The Customer can place orders:
    • without registration,
    • via the Customer Account – if such an option is available in the Store.
  2. To place an order, the Customer:
    • selects the Product or Products,
    • adds them to the cart,
    • fills in the order form,
    • chooses the delivery and payment method,
    • confirms acquaintance with the Regulations,
    • places the order by clicking the button labeled “Buy and Pay” or an equivalent.
  3. Placing an order implies an obligation to pay.
  4. After placing an order, the Seller sends the Customer an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.
  5. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives confirmation of the order acceptance for fulfillment by the Seller.
  6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in case of:
    • providing false data,
    • inability to contact the Customer,
    • lack of payment within the required deadline,
    • obvious pricing or descriptive error.

4. Prices and payment methods

  1. All Product prices given in the Store are in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are gross prices, i.e., they include VAT, if applicable.
  2. Product prices do not include delivery costs, unless the offer description states otherwise.
  3. The Customer is informed about the total price of the order, including the price of the Products and delivery costs, before placing the order.
  4. The Store offers the following payment methods:
    • traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account,
    • online payment via a payment operator,
    • payment by credit card, if such an option is available.
  5. The Customer is obliged to make payment within 5 business days from the date of placing the order, unless the chosen payment method requires immediate payment.
  6. In case of a refund for a transaction paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the account assigned to that card, unless regulations or the payment operator state otherwise.

5. Delivery

  1. Products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to other countries, if the Store provides such an option.
  2. Available delivery methods may include:
    • parcel locker shipment,
    • courier shipment,
    • other forms of delivery indicated in the Store during order placement.
  3. Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer during order placement.
  4. The order fulfillment period is up to 7 business days from the date of:
    • payment posting – in case of prepayment,
    • obtaining positive payment authorization – in case of electronic payments.
  5. If a different fulfillment period is indicated for the Product, the period specified in the Product description applies.

6. Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer came into possession of the Product or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the Product.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement, sent:

    • or by e-mail to: zamowienia@majsterplus.shop
  4. The Customer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
  5. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send information about exercising the right of withdrawal before its expiry.
  6. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for all payments received from them, including the cost of the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered in the Store, without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the statement of withdrawal.
  7. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different solution.
  8. The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the Product back or until the Customer provides proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
  9. The Customer should return the Product to the Seller’s address without delay, no later than 14 days from the day of informing about the withdrawal from the contract.
  10. The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer, unless the Seller informs otherwise.
  11. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
  12. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular with regard to products made to the Customer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.

7. Complaints – non-conformity of goods with the contract

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver a Product consistent with the contract. The rights of the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights in case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract result from the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
  2. In case of discovering non-conformity of the Product with the contract, the Customer may submit a complaint:

    • electronically to: zamowienia@majsterplus.shop
  3. The complaint should include, in particular:
    • first and last name or company name,
    • contact details,
    • order number or other proof of purchase,
    • description of the non-conformity,
    • date of noticing the non-conformity,
    • Customer’s request.
  4. If the Product is non-compliant with the contract, the Consumer may demand:
    • repair,
    • replacement,
    • price reduction,
    • withdrawal from the contract – in cases provided for by regulations.
  5. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt, if such an obligation results from legal provisions.
  6. The Customer may be asked to deliver the advertised Product to the Seller’s address, if this is necessary for the complaint to be considered.
  7. The complaint will not be considered if the non-conformity of the Product with the contract results solely from improper use, assembly inconsistent with its intended purpose, self-modifications, or mechanical damage caused by the Customer.
  8. If the sold Products have specific usage, care, or assembly limitations, this information is provided in the Product description or attached instructions, and the Customer is obliged to use the Product in accordance with this information.

8. Complaints regarding the operation of the Store and electronic services

  1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Store or electronically supplied services to: zamowienia@majsterplus.shop
  2. The complaint should contain data enabling the identification of the Customer and a description of the problem.
  3. The Seller will consider the complaint within a reasonable period, not longer than 14 days, unless the nature of the matter requires a longer period.

9. Agreements concluded with entrepreneurs

  1. The provisions of this paragraph apply only to Customers not benefiting from consumer protection.
  2. The entrepreneur is obliged to examine the shipment in the time and manner customary for such shipments.
  3. The Seller’s liability towards the entrepreneur, to the fullest extent permitted by law, may be limited to the value of the placed order.
  4. Any disputes with the Seller will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office, unless mandatory provisions of law state otherwise.

10. Out-of-court methods of complaint resolution and claim enforcement

  1. The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution and claim enforcement, in particular by:
    • contacting the competent provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection,
    • using the assistance of a district or municipal consumer ombudsman,
    • using available mechanisms for amicable resolution of consumer disputes.
  2. Detailed information regarding out-of-court dispute resolution methods is available, among others, on the websites of UOKiK and the Trade Inspection.

11. Personal data

  1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is the Seller.
  2. Customers’ personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling complaints, contacting the Customer, and for other purposes consistent with applicable law and the Store’s privacy policy.
  3. Detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.

12. Final provisions

  1. The Regulations are made available free of charge on the Store’s website in a manner that allows for their acquisition, reproduction, and retention.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, in particular in case of:
    • changes in legal provisions,
    • changes in payment or delivery methods,
    • changes in the Store’s functionality.
  3. For contracts concluded before the entry into force of the new Regulations, the Regulations applicable on the date of concluding the contract shall apply.
  4. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law shall apply, in particular:
    • the Civil Code,
    • the Consumer Rights Act,
    • the Act on the provision of electronic services,
    • GDPR and relevant personal data protection regulations.
  5. Terms and Conditions effective from: April 13, 2026
